そういえば、映画監督の想田和弘氏との対談において、まさにこの点が話題となった。 氏はＮＹの番組制作会社に就職し、その後、日本のテレビ局とも仕事をした経験がある。 アメリカ的価値観からみた日本のテレビ制作現場は、不条理さのオンパレード だったらしい。
・やたら残業が多い ・しかも、残業するのが偉いという空気がある ・疲れた顔してないと怒られる ・その割りに出来上がったものはパッとしない
うーん。文字にするとバカバカしいけど、そういえば身に覚えがあるような…。
